What brands of regulator do we service?

titanlxWith so many different models of regulators on the market, it is difficult to carry all parts and service kits for regulators in our workshop. We do however carry parts for the common Regulators from these brands

  • Aqualung Regs including US Divers, Seaquest and Spiro
  • Oceanic Regulators including Hollis and Aeris models
  • Apeks Regulators
  • Mares and some Dacor regulators
  • Scubapro
  • Tusa and Tabata
  • Sea Hornet
  • Cressisub
  • Poseidon
  • Apollo
  • Airdive
  • Sherwood

What does it cost to service a regulator

xtx200wThe cost of servicing is very dependent on the degree of dificulty and the time it takes to service them. Usually we can give a good approximate cost over the phone or via email. But we need to know the Brand and Model of the regulator, how long since it’s last service and if there is any problems with it or just a annual service.

To give some examples, here is a rough guide…..

  • A standard Aqualung Titan XLC regulator with Octopus and gauges
    Labour cost $77.00 (inc GST)
    Service kits $97.00 (inc GST)
    Total cost $174.00 (inc GST)
  • A more complex Aqualung Legend regulator and Octopus and gauges
    Labour cost $88.00 (inc GST)
    Service kits $97.00 (inc GST)
    Total cost $185.00 (inc GST)
  • GT3A Scubapro regulator and Octopus and gauges
    Labour cost $88.00 (inc GST)
    Service kits $90.00 (inc GST)
    Total cost $178.00 (inc GST)
  • Any Aqualung or Oceanic regulator under free parts for life agreement is able to be serviced by us regardless of where it was purchased in Australia. Labour cost only.
  • If you are sending us your regulator for service and it requires shipping back to you, add $10 for courier or postage (to most areas in Australia)

How long does it take?

We service regulators all year round, but have more available time in the quieter months. Normal turnaround time in quiet time, 2 days. In busy times 4 days. If we don’t have parts we may be delayed by delivery of them (allow 2-3 days more)

Express service of Regulators can be done, however it will add $30 to the service labour cost. Provided we have parts, the turnaround from receival of regs is 24 hours.

What do I need to do, if sending regs via post or courier?

EOSCall us by phone or email us a descpition of your regs (as descibed above) and then pack them up so they can’t be damaged in the transport and send them to us! Be sure to send your details for the return delivery, and a contact phone number for any need to discuss any problems. We are happy to give a approximate cost before we start servicing the regs, however we may not know if any extrordinary parts are needed until we disassemble them.
