26th January 2025 – Australia Day Double Boat

With Australia Day and the Sea Slug Census in full swing we had So Wild head up to North Solitary Island and Mega Wild to South Solitary Island.
Both boats had plenty to see and talk about including, Leopard Sharks, Grey Nurse Sharks, Eagle Rays, LOADS of Nudibranchs, Moray Eels, Painted Crayfish, Clouds of schooling fish at both islands and a Blue Angelfish near The Gantry.
Highlight from South Solitary was the 5-6 Turtles near the Gap.
Highlight from North Solitary was all the beautiful Leopards Sharks.
