They’re a great boot for an avid diver – or a complete beginner – who needs to be prepared for all conditions. Importantly, these boots are excellent for cold water, to rough terrain, and conditions that may hide hazards.
Aqualung’s line of ergo boots add comfort and warmth to your diving experience. The unique cut of the superzip boots results in a boot that is better fitting. The footbed and outsole are cut to match the profile of your foot. Additionally, The Ergo design eliminates excess water. This allows your feet to remain warmer through your dive. In addition, the seam cuts on the boot are placed away from the widest parts of your feet, minimizing the chances of seam abrasion.
The New Design of the Aqualung superzip boots has improved some of the well-loved features of the classic boot. There’s a zipper “safety” to stop the zipper from sliding back down after being zipped up, a re-inforced upper foot panel for high-wear areas of your fins rubbing, and an updated logo and colour scheme. We find that the superzip are the way to go if you have a wider foot, or if you just prefer the most comfortable option – because this is it.
