7th May 2025 – Visibility on The Comeback!!
Finally after such a long quiet period due to weather conditions we got out to South Solitary Island!!
Dive one was at Manta Arch, We were welcomed to 6-8 Grey Nurse Sharks scattered between the Arch and the Back Gutter. There were also schools of Trevally, Bullseyes and Fusiliers.
Dive two was a wonderful drift from Shark Gutters down to The Gantry. This dive was awesome with loads to see including eagles Rays, Nudibranchs, a solo Bullray on the Wall, Turtles near the gap and Wobbegongs swimming around all over the place.
We were lucky enough to see the new local White Tip Reef Shark exploring around South Boulder.
Congratulations to Josh, Tulli and Bronte who all finished their Open Water Course today.
Visibility 5-18m
Temp 22-23C
