Scuba Regulator Servicing and Dive Equipment Servicing

Scuba Regulator Servicing is our Specialty We service all major brands of regulators and equipment, for divers across Australia!

We are able to offer Scuba regulator servicing and delivery system to almost everywhere in Australia.

Our Dive Centre and Authorised service workshop is equipped with Spare parts, Tools and information to service most regulators and dive gear.

What brands of regulator do we service?

With so many different models of regulators on the market, it is difficult to carry all parts and service kits for regulators in our workshop. The more common are carried, Oceanic, Aqualung, Mares and Scubapro.
Others are usually ordered on demand from the manufacturer.

Some regulators service kits and parts may not be available, so it is important to confirm Brand and Model of the Scuba regulator you require to be serviced.

Brands we are able to service:

Aqualung including US Divers, and some Seaquest
Oceanic including Oceanpro, Hollis, Zeagle and Aeris Regulators
Atomic Regulators
Apeks Regulators
Mares and some new model Dacor regulators
Scubapro
Tusa and Tabata
Cressisub
Apollo
Sherwood (some models)

What does it cost to service a regulator

The cost of servicing is very dependent on the degree of difficulty and the time it takes to service them. Usually we can give a good approximate cost over the phone or via email. But we need to know the Brand and Model of the regulator, how long since it’s last service and if there is any problems with it or just a annual service. Any parts that are not in the service kits that need replacing, are additional to the costs shown.

  • Any Oceanic or Hollis regulator under free parts for life agreement is able to be serviced by us regardless of where it was purchased in Australia. Labour cost only.
  • If you are sending us your regulator for service and it requires shipping back to you, add $25 for courier or postage (to most areas in Australia) and insurance if you require it. (cost based on value of Regs)

To give some examples, here is a rough guide. These prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

How long does it take?

We service regulators all year round, but have more available time in the quieter months. Normal turnaround time in quiet time, 2 days. In busy times 10 days, and keep in mind there may be regs in front of yours. If we don’t have parts we may be delayed by delivery of them (allow 2-3 days more)

Express service of Regulators can be done, however it will add $100 to the service labour cost. Provided we have parts, the turn-around from receipt of Regs is 24 hours.

What do I need to do, if sending Regulators via post or courier?

Call us by phone or email us a description of your Regs (as described above) and then pack them up so they can’t be damaged in the transport and send them to us! Be sure to send your details for the return delivery, and a contact phone number for any need to discuss any problems. We are happy to give a approximate cost before we start servicing the Regs, however we may not know if any extraordinary parts are needed until we disassemble them.
