Saturday 20th – Saturdays are made for diving!
On Saturday, we headed out to South Solitary. On our first dive, we descended at Cleaner Station and were greeted by multiple grey nurse sharks and black cod.
For our second dive, the certified divers entered the water at Shark Gutters, where they swam with more grey nurse sharks and eagle rays before drifting down to the Gantry, where the students were practising their skills, including mask clearing, regulator recovery, and hovering.
At the Gantry, there was still plenty of marine life to see, including all the Nemos and Dories, turtles, and moray eels.
Congratulations to Reece, Otto, and Cooper on completing their Open Water Course today. We look forward to seeing you on your next dives!
