26th July 2026 – Sharky Sunday
With the sun shining, we were all happy to head back out to South Solitary for a double dive. The water is getting colder, and the Grey Nurses are coming with that. About 15 grey nurse sharks around Manta Arch and through to Cleaner Station where the divers swam through a large school of chevron Barracuda.
Dive two was a swim from Cleaner Station to South Boulder. We swam with more Grey Nurse, Eagle Rays, an appearance from Barney the Loggerhead turtle, and some massive Wobbegongs around the top end of the island.
