An Oceanpro Dive Flag is important to indicate that scuba divers are nearby.
In some areas it is a legal requirement to fly a dive, but in general it’s an excellent idea to use a dive flag for your safety. In NSW Australia, it is a legal requirement to have a dive flag displayed from your vessel or a buoy nearby the boat when spearfishing, snorkeling, or scuba diving. We recommend checking your local area restrictions to ensure you are following legislation!
A flag is used to warn other boats of your presence under the water. It’s used both on boats, and on floats taken into the water.
The Oceanpro Dive Flag is available in three sizes
Small 25cm x 35cm
Large 41cm x 52cm
XLarge 60cm x 75cm
It is made from strong PVC, to be sturdy and hold it’s shape. It displays the Alpha flag design.
