Sunday 14th – Another Incredible Day of Diving
Another great day out at South Solitary today aboard SoWild.
On the first dive, our group of certified divers descended at Shark Gutters and swam down to where all of our students were practising skills at The Gantry. There were plenty of large loggerhead and green turtles, a few wobbegongs, and all of our resident anemonefish, along with the yellow-edged moray eel.
For the second dive, the group entered at Manta Arch and hovered while watching more than 20 grey nurse sharks. On their swim through the gap and down to The Gantry, they encountered a couple of bull rays and eagle rays. They also found a cute little octopus.
Congratulations to Cai and Cade on completing their Junior Open Water Diver course today!
We’re excited to see where your new diving skills take you and look forward to hearing all about your adventures in the Maldives later this year. Safe travels and happy diving!
