The Enth Degree F3 Socks are more than just a sock. They are a sock that utilize Enth Degree’s tri-laminate material, so they’re super comfortable! It’s one of Enth Degree’s most popular items because of how comfortable they are!
It’s a sock that’s used for water sports and can be used under a neoprene boot, or by itself in a fin. The top of the sock features a neoprene seal that won’t allow water ingress while wearing the sock.
It took a couple of iterations for Enth Degree to find the right design. Originally designed with their tri-laminate material, the design focus was getting the fit right.
What took the most time was getting the cuts right, most importantly, the heel. The heel seam was important to perfect to ensure that no pressure or tension was focused on that seam. Therefore, promoting longevity and strength of the sock.
The F3 socks don’t follow the common sock pattern, which is essentially just two pieces of flat material sewn together. The Enth Degree F3 Socks used a pattern to conform to the shape of the foot, then another to conform to the Achilles heel and put a lot of effort into getting that right – and you can tell by the feel and the fit.
