We have provided the option to include something on the “To Go Towards” Field if you wanted to purchase a Gift Certificate for a certain course, charter trip, or experience.
This does not guarantee the price of that particular course, trip, or experience will not increase before the voucher expires (3 years from purchase date).
Gift Certificates are not automated, they are processed by our team so will only be issued during opening hours (including weekends). Gift Certificates are sent in PDF format through email.
Instructions:
- Select what you would like the voucher to say underneath the “To Go Towards” field. If you do not want anything here, select “Empty”.
- The “To The Value Of” Field will show the current cost of that experience, trip, or course.
- When checking out, Indicate in the “comments/special instructions” section who the gift certificate is for.
- If you would like to pick up a printed copy of the Gift Certificate, please write this in the comments/special instructions section.
- If you would like to write a message to the person on the Gift Certificate, please note it in the “Comments/Special Instructions” section.
- If prompted to select a shipping option, “Local Pickup” is free.
Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions
Gift Vouchers are a form of payment for goods or services. It is like cash or card payment and has a value at the time of purchase equivalent to the goods or services displayed on the voucher. The Expiry Date of the voucher does not mean the payment will hold the price of the goods or services until that date, it purely means the voucher is valid and can be used as payment to the vouchers value till then. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Please note that our experiences, courses, and trips are all dependent on weather conditions and minimum numbers. Scuba Diving is dependent on being medically fit, and passing a medical questionnaire.
Gift Certificates cannot be refunded under any circumstances, so please ensure you have checked there requirements of the trip, experience, or course you are buying the Gift Certificate to go towards.
