The Sharkskin RAPID DRY Long Sleeve Kids Rash-Shirt is light weight and protective from the sun. It will help protect kids while they play all day in, on, or under the water. This top is cut in a stylish loose T-Shirt design, with a high collar for extra sun protection of the neck area. The colours are all bright for high visibility whilst in the water. These items are all unisex sizes – and correspond to age.
The new Rapid Dry range from Sharkskin uses a highly technical and advanced Australian Made water repelling and rapid drying material.
The Sharkskin RAPID DRY Long Sleeve Kids Rash-Shirt is a very high quality rash vest, but offers no warmth capabilities when wet. It is SPF 50+.
What is Rapid Dry?
Rapid Dry is a lightweight, fast drying fabric. This fabric is infused, and then heat set with a water repellent treatment. This method achieves a finish that is vastly more effective at shedding water and lasts much longer than traditional fabric treatments. The Rapid Dry fabric is warmer than cotton and nylon/lycra synthetic fabrics when wet. It has an SPF50+ rating for full sun protection, is lightweight, breathable, durable, and comes in a range of colors including hi-vis for safety on the water.
