12th August 2017 – Great Vis and Great Diving South Solitary Island!
Today’s dives at South Solitary Island could not get any better! First dive was a swim from Manta Arch to Cleaner Station, seeing a dozen Grey Nurse Sharks, Eagle Rays, Bull Rays, Wobbygongs swimming about and plenty of Schooling fish. The second dive was another swim, but from Cleaner Station to the Gantry. It’s been some time since we have dived the Gantry due to their being no mooring Line, so it felt good to finally dive it again. Along the way divers saw more Grey Nurse Sharks, Bull Rays, Eagle Rays, Leaf Scorpionfish, Barnie the Loggerhead Turtle, Giant Cuttlefish, nudis, Black Cod, Groupers and Schooling fish.
Congratulations Joelle in completing the PADI Open Water Scuba Diver Course, well done!
