The Hyperion FL1300-R Dive Torch delivers peak perfomrance with 1300 lumens of LED light. This mid-sized light is a powerful torch, great to utilise as a primary light. Additionally, it’s a perfect fit to keep in your BCD pocket in case you ever need a backup!
The Hyperion FL1300-R Dive Torch packs a powerful 8 degree light beam. Even with this mid sized torch, you wont be disappointed with it’s LED performance. Rated to 150m depth, it will last for up to 90 minutes on maximum power. This torch is lightweight to hold, and of basic design. It wont let you down.
With a simple to use push button that offers multi function light intensity options, this is an easy dive light to navigate. It’s options include 100% (1300 lumens), 50% (650 lumens), 25% (325 lumens), flash or SOS. This dive light comes standard with a high capacity 18650 lithium-ion rechargeable battery.
This torch includes a lanyard, 18650 lithium-ion battery, a charger, and USB cable.
This torch is the newer, improved version of the Hyperion FL1000 torch. More lumens at a very comparable size!

Dive Torch or Video Light?
This torch is a penetrating, narrow, bright beam with a surrounding softer light. If you are looking to use a light for video use, this is not the best option because of the bright centre beam. You need a even smooth beam for video use, and other models are better for this. Even as a focus light, you will find this torch creates a hot spot in your Photos or Video.
Torches like the Oceanpro Sub-Sabre V1 or X-Adventurer M1500 Video Light are a much better choice for Underwater Video and Photo using Go Pro and compact cameras.
