11th January 2025 -Leopard Pack On The Prowl!

with the weather breaking after yesterday Megawild again loaded up and headed out to South Soliary for today’s diving!

First up our divers descended on Manta Arch, where a dozen Grey Nurse Sharks were seen in and around the arch, along with a Conger Eel, Zebra Lionfish were also seen during the dive, and also Hermit Crabs, Spindle Cowries, and a Lion’s Mane Jellyfish!

For the second Dive our divers descended on Shark Gutters for a drift dive to The Gantry. During the dive at least five different Leopard Sharks were seen through the dive; along with more Nudibranchs, Abbot’s Moray Eels, Cownose Rays, Spotted Eagle Rays, Hawksbill and Green Turtles.

Water Temperature: 24-25°C

Visibility: 15-25m

All our boats leave from the Public floating pontoon wharf opposite the “Attitude Burgers “ building.
