8th February 2025 – Chill Saturday Dive!

With surface conditions becoming more pleasant MegaWild Loaded up and flew out to South Solitary for todays diving!

First up our divers rolled in at Buchanan’s Wall for a swim to the Gantry, along the way Abbotts Morays, Banded Coral Shrimp, a Depressed Spider Crab, a transitional Yellow Boxfish, Blue Angelfish were seen and on arriving at the Gantry our divers were greeted by four Leopard Sharks, Pendent Trevally, clouds of tropical fish, Batfish and multiple Green Turtles of varying sizes.

For dive two our divers were greeted while decending on Shark Gutters by a massive Spotted Eagleray cruising past, other highlights of the dive included: Nudibranchs, Spanish Dancers, juvenile Yellow Boxfish, a massive Green Turtle, Spindle Cowries, Seawhip Gobies and a juvenile Harlequin Tuskfish (today’s photo from our Instructor Nathan).
