14th April 2015 – SW Solitary Island with 15m visibility
The swell having shifted around to a more easterly, made it very limited to where we could dive, we put our bets on South West Solitary Island and it was a good one.
We jumped in at Surprise mooring for both dives and it did not disappoint! While the Advanced Open Water students did their Navigation Dive with Mike and Gavin, Lindsay went exploring with his crew taking advantage of the rare 15m visibility at SW Solitary. Both groups saw lots including Wobbygongs, Pomfreds, Lionfish, Blue Gropers, Turtles and some beautiful Blue-Lipped Anemones.
Congratulations to Tom and Anna Jarvis, Hugh, Felicity, Tom and Zoe Nivison who all completed their PADI Advanced Open Water today!! Congratulations to Rose who went diving for the very first time on her Discover Scuba Diving experience!! Well-done
