1st of March 2026 – March Madness
After a week out of the water, we were all keen to get back in, and South Solitary Island did not disappoint. With blue, warm water, we were surrounded with marine life. During dive one at Shark Gutters, divers got up close with the leopard sharks, Eagle Rays, huge Spanish Dancer, and Green and Hawksbill turtles in the shallows.
Dive two was a cruisy swim down Boulder Wall and back. Massive schools of bullseye and goatfish almost blocked us from seeing all the leopard sharks, Bull, and Eagle rays that were making their way up and down the wall. In some places, the divers were lucky enough to have up to fifteen Leopards schooling around at a time. Such a great start to our favourite warm water month.
