23rd September 2024- Trip out to the lighthouse before the blow up!
SoWild packed up and blasted off to South Solitary Island this morning. We had a big weekend at Jetty Dive and with a small group of divers on the boat today, we got to start the new week with some time in the sun and underater! Everyone dropped in at Shark Gutters for the first dive and again for the second dive, this time drifting around the corner to the Gantry. Dive one saw a few Grey Nurse Sharks inside of the gutter and, some White Eyed Mooray Eels, Black Cod, and a Queensland Groper! Dive two saw some Green Sea Turtles, a White Spotted Eagle, a massive Spanish Dancer, and more Grey Nurse Sharks! The Fur Seal was also seen swimming in the water, possibly hunting, who would have just missed the divers!!
Congratulations Catalia for completing your PADI Open Water Diver!
