Jetty Dive had a full-on day, with weather permitting for both So Wild AND Mega Wild to venture out to the Solitary Island Marine Park! SoWild headed up north, while Mega stayed comfortable at its local spot, South Sol!

At North Solitary, they had some fabulous dives! Our first dive saw divers jump in at Anenome Bay, while we blew some bubbles in Bubble Cave for our second dive. Divers were lucky enough to see a Leopard Shark on both dives! As usual, Anenome Bay was packed with clown fish and a few massive wobbegongs, too! It is always a lovely treat going into the cave here; some of our divers had their first experience at the island today!

South Solitary had slightly better conditions with a bit better visibility! Dive one was at Buchanans Wall, and dive two was a looovely drift from Shark Gutters to the Gantry. We saw 5 cute little Yellow Spotted Box Fish at Buchanans Wall, along with some Octopus and a couple of Crays. Boulder Wall was lovely in the shallows, where some groups saw a White Spotted Eagle Ray cruising around. Bull Rays were also seen going up and down the Boulder Wall. A Peacock Mantis Shrimp was peaking out of a rock crevasse near the Gantry. The biggest highlight of today were the biggest Green Turtles ever! We saw about 3-4 different individuals inside of the Gap. Oh.. and of course the Bat Fish wqho have been around altely came to say hello!
