9th April 2026 – Leopard Sharks Galore
We managed to get out one last time today before the weather turns a bit windy π
Dive one today had the experienced divers in at Manta Arch, while the students and remaining divers got in at Cleaner Station. There were a few Grey Nurse sharks at Manta, along with some Eagle Rays, Schooling Fish, Black Cod, Mantis Shrimp, and 3-4 Leopard Sharks near the Cleaner mooring
Dive two was a drift from the top end down to The Gantry for the experienced and students at The Gantry. Lots of Leopards down boulder wall, along with Turtles near the Gap and on 5 m Rock. We think there were roughly 30-40 Leopard Sharks from Cleaner Station down to 5m Rock,
Visibility 25-30m
Temp 24-25C
Congratulations to Lara and Isabella, who finished their PADI Open Water Course today
