15TH JUNE 2015 – A GREAT AFTERNOON FOR WHALE WATCHING AT COFFS
With a boatload of exited Whale Watchers, we ventured out for a Whale Watch off Coffs Harbour yesterday.
The afternoon was definitely a better choice for Whale Watching. The swell was still obvious, but had settled nicely since the morning. After 10 minutes of running around, we followed a couple of pods of Whales heading North. With at least 10 whales in the area, we had blows coming from all over.
Not only did they turn and come near the boat, we also saw a them jump as well as some from neighbouring Pods.
After enjoying their presence, we ventured home to find another pod with one Whale tail slapping. Could not get much better!

18TH JUNE 2015 – PERFECT DAY FOR WHALE WATCHING IN COFFS HARBOUR!
Little swell and zero wind made for a perfect day of whale watching in Coffs Harbour today!
After a short ride out of the harbor we discovered a whale playing on his own. This guy was happy for us to sit back and watch as he waved his pectoral fins, slapped his tail and rolled around under the winter sun.
Observing pods of whales breaching north and south of us, we gave in to temptation and moved in for a closer look (the beauty of having a fast boat)! Not long after arriving we had an adult breach twice, roughly 200m from our boat, perfect Kodak moment!
Cruising back to the harbor we came across another 2 pods of whales. Great to see so many of these friendly giants off the Coffs Coast early in the season!

28TH JUNE 2015 – WHALE OF A TIME IN COFFS HARBOUR TODAY!
There is no better way to spend a Sunday afternoon than whale watching with Jetty Dive in Coffs Harbour!
After a short journey north of the harbour we come across our first pod of Humpback Whales for the day. With another 3 pods, these gave us pectoral slaps, tail slaps and finally ended with some jumping!
Glorious day to be out on the water! Similar conditions for tomorrow so give us a call and come out and see these gentle giants!

29TH JUNE 2015 – JUMP WHALES JUMP!!!
The amazing Humpback Whales were extra happy today and just wouldn’t stop jumping!! We spotted a pod of two just north of the harbour that were spending more time out of the water than in the water. One of the whales jumped for 40 minutes straight! Check out this picture of him in action!
